The Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified will be responsible for completing work orders in both occupied and vacant apartments, assisting with apartment turns, and troubleshooting various systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. The role also involves maintaining the community's overall appearance and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations. This position offers a stable, full-time schedule with on-call responsibilities.

Benefits

  • On-call pay: $150/week (calls or no calls)
