What the job really is

As a Senior Software Engineer for ML Workflows at Weights & Biases, you will be responsible for the architecture and evolution of core systems within the platform. Your role involves designing scalable systems, optimizing complex architectures, and collaborating with product managers and customers to enhance ML workflows. You will work across the stack, including Go backend services, Python SDK, and TypeScript frontend, while mentoring other engineers and establishing best practices.
