What the job really is

As the Agent Liquidity Lead, you will manage agent liquidity and cash operations in Sierra Leone to meet the needs of agents and customers. Your responsibilities include building a skilled team, developing materials for a liquidity department, coordinating liquidity logistics, and ensuring adherence to security standards. You will also need to identify innovative solutions for liquidity challenges and maintain minimal liquidity distress within the agent network.
