Associate Director, Product Management Operations

The Associate Director of Product Management Operations will lead a team focused on enhancing systems and processes for managing products throughout their lifecycle in the biotech and life sciences sectors. This role involves analytics, demand planning, pricing strategy, and operational leadership, requiring collaboration across various departments including Product Management, Finance, and IT. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills and business judgment to drive efficiency and scalability in product operations.

• Base compensation starting at $140,000 - $160,000 + bonus + equity
