The Art Manager/Lead Art Owner will oversee a team of 14 Art Owners in the production of World of Tanks, focusing on people management, resource planning, and production coordination. This role involves improving art production processes, ensuring effective communication among cross-functional teams, and driving innovation through the use of AI tools. The manager will also conduct performance reviews and support the team's long-term skills development.
