What the job really is

The Business Development Executive at Wall Street Prep will focus on driving enrollment and revenue for individual programs, including co-branded certificate programs and professional courses. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while developing cold outbound campaigns and managing relationships with finance professionals. The position offers the opportunity to shape a new sales channel and work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and processes.

Benefits
  • Base salary of $80,000
  • Uncapped commission paid as a percentage of closed revenue
  • Target first-year OTE of $120,000
  • Guaranteed commission floor during the first three months of ramp
