Staff Process Engineer

As a Staff Process Engineer at Vulcan Elements, you will lead the development and scaling of manufacturing processes for rare-earth permanent magnets. This hands-on role involves working directly on the production floor, conducting engineering trials, and utilizing statistical methods to ensure process capability and efficiency. You will also mentor engineers and be responsible for creating and maintaining various manufacturing documentation and standards.

• The role requires regular presence on the production floor, which may involve working in hot, humid, or noisy environments
• Candidates must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including respirators, and adhere to safety policies
• Some travel will be required for equipment supplier visits and commissioning support
