Manufacturing Engineering Manager

As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Vulcan Elements, you will lead a team responsible for developing and industrializing manufacturing processes and equipment as the company scales production of rare-earth permanent magnets. Your role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of manufacturing equipment, from technology evaluation and vendor selection to installation and production startup, while ensuring successful execution against company milestones and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
