What the job really is

The Rocket Test Manager at Voyager Technologies will lead a team responsible for the entire lifecycle of rocket motor and Divert Attitude Control System (DACS) test programs. This includes managing test engineers and technicians, overseeing facility design and certification, and conducting various tests on propulsion hardware.
