  • Proficiency in project scheduling and controls tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools for reviewing facility drawings.
  • PMP, CCM, or equivalent project management certification.
What the job really is

As the Infrastructure Engineering Manager at Voyager, you will lead a team of 5-8 engineers responsible for facility design, construction project engineering, commissioning, and industrial engineering. Your role will involve hands-on engagement with active capital projects, establishing processes and standards for the Mission Infrastructure Engineering group, and managing relationships with external contractors. You will also be responsible for recruiting and developing team members while ensuring project delivery aligns with schedule, budget, and scope commitments.
