What the job really is

As a Junior Scrum Master at Vonage, you will support the Agile transformation by fostering an Agile culture within teams and assisting Release Train Engineers with SAFe events. Your day-to-day responsibilities include training teams on Agile practices, using data to drive performance improvements, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in implementing the Scaled Agile framework.
