Engineer Manager - Platform

As an Engineering Manager for the Platform team at Vonage, you will lead a geographically distributed group of engineers focused on modernizing and automating platform workflows. Your responsibilities include managing the team, driving the engineering roadmap, coordinating cross-team changes, ensuring compliance and security, and maintaining platform reliability. You will also play a key role in developing your team members as they transition from SRE/infrastructure backgrounds into product-oriented platform engineering.
