What the job really is

As an Equipment Technician at Vixxo, you will independently manage maintenance services for commercial espresso and coffee equipment within the Sarasota, FL area. Your role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships and completing required documentation accurately.
