What the job really is

As a Recruiter at Via Logic, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and government contracting positions. This includes developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates through federal onboarding requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring journey for candidates.
