Principal Product Designer, Transit Operations

As a Principal Product Designer at Via, you will lead the design of complex and strategic areas of the Transit Operations platform, transforming intricate workflows and business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Your role involves collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive product decisions, utilizing research and user feedback to enhance the product continuously. You will also influence the broader Design organization by establishing best practices and exploring innovative design approaches, including the use of AI.

• Base salary range: $200,000-$230,000
