Quality & Safety Manager

As a Quality & Safety Manager at Via, you will ensure safety and service quality for transit services by supervising drivers, managing performance, and responding to incidents. The role involves conducting on-the-road supervision, providing training, and leading compliance protocols, with a significant focus on hands-on coaching and real-time problem-solving. This position requires in-person presence in the field 2-3 days a week.

• Salary range: $25-30hr
• Final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills
• Expected hours: 20-30 hours per week, including evening and/or weekend coverage

• 85% of the role involves on-the-road supervision, which may be demanding
• The position requires in-person work, which may not suit remote work preferences
