What the job really is

As a Technical Production Operations Engineer Intern, you will support the Production Support Operations team by monitoring automated processes, troubleshooting issues, and documenting procedures. This hands-on role in the financial services sector involves collaborating with senior team members and other internal departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. You will also participate in shift work as part of a 24/7 support team.
