What the job really is

The Employee Relations Specialist at Vast will support the Staff Employee Relations Manager in managing employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to address employee concerns, maintain documentation, and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and risks. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong investigative skills, and handle sensitive matters with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
