General Manager

The General Manager at Van Leeuwen Ice Cream will oversee the Darien, CT location, managing daily operations including staff management, sales, inventory, and customer service. This role involves recruiting and training employees, monitoring financial objectives, and ensuring a high standard of service while maintaining a safe and clean environment. The General Manager will also be responsible for rolling out new menu items and addressing maintenance issues.
