As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Valera Health, you will provide high-quality psychiatric telehealth services, including initial assessments and follow-up appointments. Your role involves diagnosing, prescribing medications, and educating patients aged 12 and older about their treatment options while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. You'll also manage a caseload and ensure timely documentation of patient interactions.
