What the job really is

The Precision Machine Operator will work on the 2nd shift in the Milling department, primarily operating manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture parts from various materials. Daily tasks include interpreting engineering prints, performing machining operations, inspecting parts for tolerances, and maintaining cleanliness of the workspace. The role requires physical stamina for standing and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
