What the job really is

The Senior Mission Engineer at Ursa Major will lead the external success of solid rocket motor (SRM) products, planning and executing flight and motor qualification campaigns. This role involves interfacing with external partners, conducting tests, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with test plans while advocating for the company's brand. The engineer will also generate internal test plans and support energetic material testing both on and offsite.
