What the job really is

As a Technical Recruiter at Compass, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for technical positions across Engineering, Data, and Product teams. This includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. You will also promote the Compass brand and culture to attract strong candidates, while leveraging innovative sourcing techniques and tools.
