What the job really is

As a Senior Designer at Compass, you will be responsible for creating exceptional design work that supports real estate agents and their properties. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to develop branding, marketing campaigns, and design collateral, while also mentoring junior designers and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. You will lead projects from concept to completion, including motion graphics and digital assets, in a fast-paced environment.
