What the job really is

The AI Enablement Manager will work closely with various teams at Upstream USA to identify opportunities for AI integration in their workflows, develop practical AI solutions, and facilitate training and adoption of these tools across the organization. This role involves hands-on solution building, prioritizing AI use cases, and ensuring that the AI implementations are effective and sustainable. The manager will also serve as a subject matter expert on AI tools and governance, helping to track success metrics and promote a culture of AI fluency.
