What the job really is

The Sr. Analyst, Technology & Project Management will work within Upstream's Data, Analytics and Technology team to manage projects, conduct data analysis, and support technology operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing project management from initiation to delivery, improving workflows through automation, and assisting in the adoption of AI tools. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive initiatives to completion.
