Knowledge of model monitoring concepts, model performance reporting, validation outputs, override and exception tracking, or model governance documentation in a lending or fintech environment
Skilled in producing clear review summaries, governance materials, issue logs, reporting packages, and documentation that can support bank partner or regulatory review

As an Asset Quality & Model Analyst at Upstart, you will be responsible for conducting loan-level reviews and analyzing portfolio performance data to ensure the quality and salability of unsecured lending products. Your role involves maintaining tracking tools, preparing governance deliverables, and supporting model performance tracking while collaborating closely with various teams. This position requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills to monitor and report on asset quality indicators and compliance with established criteria.
