What the job really is

The Director of People Experience at Upstart will be responsible for leading and executing key enterprise People programs, including performance and compensation cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and the employee listening strategy. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in developing actionable plans and processes to enhance the employee experience across the organization.
