Conference Operations Producer

As a Conference Operations Producer, you will oversee the operational standards for multiple European private equity conferences, managing everything from venue selection to supplier negotiations and on-site execution. Your role involves detailed event planning, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. You will also be responsible for managing a team of volunteers and maintaining positive supplier relationships while working closely with a high-performing team.
