Post-Conviction Relief Attorney

The Post-Conviction Relief Attorney will manage a caseload involving post-conviction relief cases, including motions to vacate and expungements, while also handling open criminal cases for other attorneys in the firm. This role involves advising clients on their legal rights, attending motion hearings, and performing legal research. The attorney will collaborate with a team and gain experience in both criminal and immigration law.
