What the job really is

As the VP People at Unframe, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while partnering with managers to enhance team performance and culture. Your role involves streamlining recruitment processes, coaching managers on leadership practices, and driving employee engagement initiatives. You will also analyze people data to identify trends and develop solutions to organizational challenges, ensuring that HR processes are consistent and aligned with the company's values.
