Director of Instructional Design

The Director of Instructional Design at Ultimate Medical Academy will lead teams in creating high-quality online learning solutions and collaborate with senior leadership to align course design with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing instructional designers, evolving course design methodologies, overseeing project success, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role also involves onboarding new employees and refining design processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
