What the job really is

The Career Services Team Lead at Ultimate Medical Academy is responsible for maintaining high personal production in career coaching and placement support while also mentoring peers and supporting their development. This role involves promoting operational excellence, ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborating with management to achieve departmental goals. The Team Lead will also assist in onboarding new advisors and contribute to a positive team culture focused on student success.
