Plumbing Installer

As a Plumbing Lead Installer at Ultimate Heating, Air & Plumbing, you will lead a crew in residential plumbing installations while ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. This hands-on role involves directing daily tasks, troubleshooting installation issues, and maintaining safety and organization on job sites. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring apprentices, making decisions in the field, and delivering a professional customer experience.

• Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (training pay)
• Estimated annual base pay: $62,400 – $93,600+ based on a 40-hour workweek
