The Service Delivery Operations Support Lead (SDOSL) is responsible for managing the end-to-end service delivery of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) installations, ensuring that sales orders transition smoothly into customer activations. This role involves overseeing scheduling, contractor performance, and inventory management while also optimizing workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators. The SDOSL collaborates closely with various teams to address operational challenges and improve installation success rates.
