What the job really is

As a Partnerships Associate at Twitch, you will identify and develop high-potential creators, manage the inbound creator program, and proactively recruit talent from other platforms. Your role involves reviewing reports, conducting research on creators, building relationships, and guiding them through onboarding to ensure their success on Twitch. You will also stay updated on creator trends and collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to support creator growth.
