What the job really is

As a Partnerships Associate at Twitch, you will identify and develop high-potential creators on the platform. Your responsibilities include managing inbound creator programs, conducting research to evaluate creators, and proactively recruiting talent from other platforms. You'll also guide creators through onboarding and support their growth while staying updated on creator trends.
