What the job really is

As a Partnerships Associate at Twitch, you will identify and develop high-potential creators by managing inbound creator programs and proactively recruiting talent from other platforms. Your role involves researching creators, building relationships, guiding them through onboarding, and staying updated on creator trends to enhance their success on Twitch. You will collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to support creator growth and address challenges.
