Real Estate Photographer - Tallahassee, FL

As a Real Estate Photographer and Field Operations Specialist at Ziprent, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and creating immersive 3D tours of rental properties. Your role involves conducting property walkthroughs, managing smart lockbox installations, and ensuring that each property meets the company's standards. You will work independently, responding quickly to assignments and traveling within a designated area to support the business's growth.

• Compensation of $225–$325+ per listing appointment based on property size and scope
• $50/hour for additional tasks
• $30–$60 per lockbox pick-up depending on distance
• Travel compensation of $1.20 per mile for travel exceeding 35 miles each way

• This is a contracted 1099 position with variable job requests, averaging 3-10+ jobs per month
• Initial assignments may be limited as the market grows
• Completion of a background check and signing of an independent contractor agreement is required
• No employer-based visa sponsorship is available
