Real Estate Photographer - Hartford

As a Real Estate Photographer & Field Operations Specialist at Ziprent, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and creating immersive 3D tours of rental properties. Your role involves conducting property walkthroughs, managing smart lockbox installations, and ensuring properties are ready for listing. This position requires independent work and travel within a 35–50 mile radius, responding promptly to assignments and maintaining high standards in your deliverables.

• Compensation of $225–$325+ per listing appointment
• $50/hour for additional tasks
• $30–$60 per lockbox pick-up depending on distance
• Travel compensation for distances exceeding 35 miles each way at $1.20 per mile
• Opportunity to work as an independent contractor
