What the job really is

As a Small Business Account Manager at Trustpilot, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers in the US market. Your day-to-day tasks will include driving renewals, expanding accounts through upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and value realization. You will also maintain accurate account data in Salesforce and lead strategic conversations with clients.
