Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager at Trustpilot, you will serve as the post-sales technical partner for high-value customers, ensuring their successful onboarding and integration with Trustpilot's platform. Your role involves providing ongoing technical assistance, optimizing product adoption, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will manage technical issues, document processes, and advocate for customer needs within the organization.

• A competitive base salary of $110,000-$125,000 gross per year, plus a competitive commission structure
