DuraPlas - Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist at DuraPlas will support the employee experience by managing full-cycle recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and training compliance. This hands-on role involves collaborating with a small HR team and working closely with employees and leaders across the organization. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and mentorship from a Senior HR leader.

• Base salary in the range of $85,000 - $95,000 plus a quarterly performance bonus tied to measurable objectives
