What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a consumer-facing mobile app and/or e-commerce or brand website roadmap
  • A track record of driving measurable engagement, retention, or lifetime value (LTV) outcomes
  • Experience managing a multi-platform roadmap (iOS, Android, and Web) with competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skillset; comfortable turning engagement and funnel data into prioritization decisions

  • Working knowledge of connected/IoT hardware products with Cloud and Firmware integration is a strong plus

  • Practical fluency with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate PM workflows, plus working knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and limitations sufficient to scope AI-powered features with Engineering and Data Science
What the job really is

As a Digital Product Manager IV at Traeger, you will be responsible for leading the digital product strategy and roadmap for the Traeger App and Traeger.com. This includes enhancing user engagement and retention through innovative app features and improving brand storytelling on the website. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product delivery and advocate for consumer needs while leveraging data and market trends to inform decisions.
