The Associate in Finance at Tower Research Capital will be responsible for performing accounting close procedures, analyzing trading P&L results, and collaborating with various teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial services, along with the ability to assess and propose improvements to internal finance processes.
