  • 4+ years of professional software test engineering or quality engineering experience
  • Solid understanding of software test methodologies, test layers, quality practices, and the software development lifecycle

  • Experience testing retail, POS, payments, or other highly transactional systems
  • Experience with Java or another programming language used for test automation

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
What the job really is

The Software Test Engineer at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions will work within an Agile team to ensure the quality of Point of Sale (POS) and enterprise retail solutions. Responsibilities include designing and executing manual and automated tests, analyzing software designs and requirements, managing defects, and collaborating with various teams to communicate risks and progress.
