What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally including experience recruiting for operations, fleet, logistics, or frontline/hourly/shift roles
  • Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to build pipelines, including LinkedIn Recruiter

What the job really is

As a Recruiter at Torc, you will manage the full life cycle recruitment process for Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate teams, while also supporting internship and co-op hiring programs. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring teams to set recruiting strategies, and maintaining applicant data. You will also engage in networking to promote the employer brand and may flex into technology recruiting as needed.
