What the job really is

The Manager, Financial Reporting at Tonix Pharmaceuticals will lead the external financial reporting process and ensure SEC compliance. Daily responsibilities include preparing SEC filings, maintaining technical accounting documentation, conducting financial analyses, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in SEC reporting and technical accounting, along with experience in a fast-paced public company environment.
