Engineering Manager, Product Engineering - New York

As an Engineering Manager for Product Engineering, you will oversee teams responsible for building user-facing and reasoning layers of a product called Reflexivity. Your role focuses on coaching and developing engineers, managing performance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the teams can grow effectively without becoming bogged down by processes. You will collaborate closely with Technical Leads and Product Managers while maintaining a lightweight management style that allows engineers to focus on their work.
