Director of Data & AI

The Director of Data & AI at Think of Us will lead the data function, combining hands-on work with team management. This role involves developing data strategy and architecture, overseeing AI evaluation, ensuring governance and compliance, and managing a small data team. The position is integral to leveraging a large dataset to drive impactful changes in the child welfare system.

• Annual salary of $150,000–$180,000
